Pets should be trained to stay in cages and make him feel that the cage is home and bed, not a prison. For the paid bookings, if the pet care service provider does not show up as appointment. Please inform SAIJAI before the end of your scheduled appointment. So we can help you follow up the provider or find another provider to re-schedule an appointment at a date and time that is convenient for you. In the event that you are unable to make a new appointment, Saijai will gladly refund all fees you have paid through SAIJAI's system.

Saijai Pet Care service is for pet sitting service which including exercise, provide food and water, change the litter box, feed the meds, and be the companion at the pet owner's house only. On-site service will be an additional charge. The service covers the working hour from 08.00-18.00 hr. An overnight stay for pets lasts approximately 12 hours. And all pet are subject to all required vaccinations. The service is for 1 service partner per 1 pet only with weight limited under 30 kilograms.

Yes, all service providers from Saijai must go through security background check with the Criminal Police Department. Once their background has been checked, they are eligible to accept the job via our platform.

In the event that you need to cancel a paid service reservation, you can contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive a full refund of the service fee within 1-3 business days. Please note that we reserve the right to provide full refunds in all cases where you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
