SAIJAI opened for service at the beginning of 2021 in both Bangkok and its vicinities and has a project to expand the service to cover all provinces across the country by 2022.
What types of driver services are available on the SAIJAI platform?
Whether you are looking for a driver for executives, private driver, delivery, day trip, drive to various errands, at SAIJAI, there are all kinds of driving service providers to meet all your needs. You can choose from hourly, daily, or care with driver service.
What are the conditions for using the driver service?
- Driver on SAIJAI is an independent service provider, not an employee or employees of the company in any way. - This fee is for the service hours between 6.00-20.00 hrs. The fee may be different if you requir a service out of this time frame. Please contact SAIJAI for more information - This fee is only for driver service not including vehicles. - This fee does not cover fuel costs, parking, expressway, and accommodation. - In the case of picking up and returning car in different locations, there may be additional cost. - SAIJAI reserve the right to not serve for driving car with bad conditions, illegal vehicles, invalid license plate, invalid registration or stolen car. - SAIJAI reserve the right to not serve for trasporting or driving if there be illegal items in the car.
I want to book a driver on the SAIJAI platform, how do I do it?
Just specify the date, time, and pick up location. Browse the driver profile that meets your needs. Service charges are calculated base on hourly basis (minimum 2 hours). Make a payment for a service fee. You will receive a confirmation message for payment and wait for the service on the scheduled date and time.
Does the daily driver's service fee include fuel?
Hourly driver service fee refers to the driver's wages only, not including the cost of fuel, toll fees or other expenses related to the customer's travel.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with the car with driver service?
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided by the care with driver you booked whether it's the cleanliness of the car or the road manners of the driver. Please let us know through the provider review channel. To help us screen quality providers and provide useful information to other customers.
What services are included in driver package?
Drivers service is eligible between 7:00am and 8:00pm. Fees may vary for services outside of these hours which includes a chauffeur service only, not including the vehicle, or unlimited routes. Client is responsible for fuel costs, parking fees, toll fees, and accommodation costs (if it's an overnight route). There mav be additional charges in the case of car pick-up and return at different points.
Are your driver service partner trained and background-checked?
Yes, all service providers from Saijai must go through security background check with the Criminal Police Department. Once their background has been checked, they are eligible to accept the job via our platform.
How much does your driver service partner cost?
Please see the following details of our prices, 2 hours 600 baht 3 hours 750 baht 4 hours 900 baht 5 hours 1100 baht Daily 1500 baht (working 8 hours, not including 1 hour break) The above prices are for the same starting point and finishing point only. If the starting point and destination are different places, there will be an additional charges.
Can the driver drive our car or they provide the ride with their own cars?
Our service is not included the vehicle. It covers the chauffeur only. Service partner is responsible to driver the client's vehicle which clients can request the driver who has expereinces in driving the specific cars according to their needs.
Do you provide full-time live in driver?
For full-time driver, please contact our customer service team directly for further information.
Can your driver speak English?
Yes! Clients have the option to request a driver who is available and capable of speaking English.
Is there a cancellation or rescheduling policy for driver service appointments?
In the event that you need to cancel a paid service reservation, you can contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will receive a full refund of the service fee within 1-3 business days. Please note that we reserve the right to provide full refunds in all cases where you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee for your driver service?
We ensure that our service partners meet your satisfaction. Everyone is well-trained and experienced in housekeeping. After receiving the services, our customer service team will ask you to fill in a satisfaction survey. We value all comments and feedback to continuously improve our services.

Which locations are you available to provide the services?
SAIJAI is available across major provinces in Thailand, such as Bangkok, Phuket, Samui, Pattaya, Hua Hin, and the surrounding Bangkok areas of Nonthaburi, Phatum Thani, and Samut Prakan. If you need a service outside of our available locations, please kindly consult with our customer service team directly.
SAIJAI is a platform that connects clients with service providers like tutors, babysitters, elderly caregivers, drivers, and maids. Since the service providers are independent contractors, SAIJAI is not liable for their actions. There isn't any kind of status as the joint venture's employer, employee, or representative. Independent contractors are those who deliver the services. The quality of the service is at the provider's control. Although we make every effort to give the best service providers, there may still be risks associated with using the service.
